We treat this as personal information. The website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.

If you use the scheduling page on our website, the scheduling service, HubSpot, sets its own cookies and collects the details you enter to book a meeting, which are kept in our HubSpot account. If you send us a message through the contact form, the form is processed by Netlify, which hosts the website, and the message is sent to us by email. These services are governed by their own privacy policies and are not within Integrex Health's control.

We collect the personal information that you choose to give us by using the contact form, by using the scheduling page, or by emailing us, together with the technical information described above. It is the intent of this site to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was provided, and any additional uses specifically provided for in this Policy.

Please do not submit patient information or any other health information through the contact form, the scheduling page, or by email to the addresses on this website. This website is not intended for that purpose.

We are collecting your data for several reasons:

  • To better understand your needs and provide you with the services you have requested;

  • To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving our services and products;

  • To respond to your messages and to arrange the meetings you request.

The data we collect from you will be stored for no longer than necessary. Our website links to our LinkedIn page, https://www.linkedin.com/company/80023028. It is a link, not a feature embedded in this site. Following it may share information such as your IP address with LinkedIn, which is governed by its own privacy policy and is not within Integrex Health's control.

  • in other ways described in this Policy or to which you have otherwise consented;

Integrex Health greatly respects your privacy. We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as security breaches or changes to this Policy). In certain circumstances, we may post a notice on our website.

Integrex Health's website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing compliance@integrexhealth.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Where the law or a contract requires us to keep some of the information, we will tell you so. If you no longer wish to hear from us, tell us at the same address. Our website does contain links to affiliate and other websites. Integrex Health does not claim nor accept responsibility for any privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other websites. Therefore, we encourage all users and visitors to be aware when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects personally identifiable information.
